Vice President Kamala Harris said that Republicans who are proposing an abortion ban in Indiana 'need to learn how a woman's body works' as the state becomes the first to hold a special session on legislation banning abortion since the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
'Maybe some people need to actually learn how a woman's body works,' the vice president said during a visit to the Indiana State Library after a meeting with legislators. 'But when you understand how a woman's body works, you will understand the parameters being proposed mean the vast majority of women, by time she realizes she's pregnant she will effectively be prohibited [from abortion].'
The Hoosier State came to the forefront of the national abortion debate in a viral report about a 10-year-old girl who was raped and was forced to travel from Ohio to Indiana to obtain an abortion. The proposed ban would leave abortion exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother. Ohio outlaws abortions after six weeks with no exceptions for rape, and the girl was past the six-week mark.
'The idea that in some states after a child or a woman or a man, but in particular in this case of abortion, a woman or a child would have endured such an act of violence and then to suggest that she would not have the autonomy and authority to make a decision about what happens to her body is outrageous,' Harris said.
Indiana lawmakers are the first in the nation to call a special session to consider an abortion ban since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, doing away with the federal right to an abortion pre-viability.

Maybe she can start by teaching us how a woman makes herself pregnant.

I’ve been married for nearly a half a century; I know more about the subject than I want to.
A woman’s mind, on the other hand . . .
May require daily testing.
Let's see if I can figure this out...
Man and woman have sex. Tab A in slot B. Check.
No birth control used by either party. Check.
Woman gets pregnant. Check.
That's pretty much how a woman's body works.
If she was so worried about getting pregnant why didn't she use birth control?
Or are women suddenly too stupid now to know how to prevent getting pregnant?
The media knows Kamala can read the script better than Joe can. The only thing she needs to learn is how to stop laughing. Maybe a sedative would work and keeping her off the ganja (the Jamaican word for pot).
Willie was a rep from the east bay as well as mayor of SF, so you can hang him on those fools, anyway.
I was a lot harder on the greater bulk of my neighbors in CA until I realized the political system in this state is so corrupt it makes what happened nationally in 2020 seem like Sunday school.

Is that actually one of her quotes? If it is, it might replace my favorite, from Jocelyn Elders, “We’re probably all going to die from something, someday.”
I know how a woman’s body works but only on Saturday night.
I say she cackles from throat damage.
My body works the way God intended it to work. The immense pleasure, the reward and joy which is life. No different than any other animal.
‘Heels Up’ is HARDLY an example for young women to follow.
Get off the stage, Fraud!
Pretty close. 🤣
“It was easy, way back then. Did it get harder over time?”
It certainly got more LUCRATIVE for Single Moms and no Baby Daddy responsibilities!
In order to know how a woman’s body works you must first be able to define what a woman is and how her body differs from a man’s. The Rats fail that preliminary.
