Claire is not wrong.

I fry my eggs and steam the top with a dash of soy, serve with chili garlic and a good crust of toast

Some pancake syrup blended in with the eggs, soft scramble, then top with powered sugar and a bit more syrup ... it’s French Toast without the toast.

Mayo. Try it. Just a teensy tiny bit. I wouldn't have believed it until I tried it. I don't even like mayo. But my eggs fluffed up like delicious little yellow pillows.

Alton Brown showed me. And he helped me learn how to make a great turkey. So I trusted him and it was worth it.

Use soy paste not soy sauce, more flavor less salt. Sprinkle Smokehouse Maple flavoring over the cooking eggs. Add a diced jalapeno.

My two favorites for eggs...

And for great flavor with less heat than the regular...

A better title would be “How to F*** Up Scrambled Eggs”.

Dice up garlic scapes and sautee' with butter in skillet for 5 mins before adding three lightly scrambled eggs (w/ a pinch of cream).

And never add salt to scrambled eggs until they are done.

How about habanero peppers and scrambled eggs? I have had sweat-producing scrambled eggs in Albuquerque, NM many times (Frontier Restaurant with green sauce), but this could beat that, especially if the scrambled eggs are the second ingredient.

I just use Adobo...

has a variety of ingredients to give the eggs a lot of flavor.

I cook the eggs in butter.

But, I’ll try the different things mentioned here.

Saute onions, garlic, tomato in olive oil....pour uncooked scrambled eggs over simmering mix... Toss and turn till cooked. Serve with buttered or dry toasted sourdough or french bread

Or saute onions, garlic, tomato, spinach in olive oil..pour eggs on top...when almost done..cover with grated extra sharp cheddar.

There’s always salame, steak, or ground steak, or real ham, or sausage one can cook with the eggs. Don’t forget the Spam!
