Mayo. Try it. Just a teensy tiny bit. I wouldn't have believed it until I tried it. I don't even like mayo. But my eggs fluffed up like delicious little yellow pillows.
Alton Brown showed me. And he helped me learn how to make a great turkey. So I trusted him and it was worth it.
