Florida deputies used a taser to stop a man who tried to avoid arrest by fleeing on a riding lawn mower on Saturday.
The Okaloosa County sheriff’s office said it was trying to serve arrest warrants on the 40-year-old man and found him on the mower in a backyard. They shouted at him to stop and get on the ground when he tried to escape on the mower.
Deputies chased him on foot before using the taser. When he was finally caught deputies found him with a revolver, a handcuff key and a pipe with methamphetamine residue
I feel like this is the kind of thing that happens a couple of times a week in Florida. Just saying...

Hmmmmm....Okaloosa County aka LA (lower alabama)......might actually be Alabama man.
Jeez, I’m WAY older than that guy and I can run faster than a riding lawnmower. Even holding a revolver, a handcuff key, and a meth pipe. (Maybe it was a treasure hunt gone wrong!)
(I’m guessing no one knows what a “treasure hunt” is these days, when it would be potential suicide to go to some random neighbor’s house and start asking him for things.)
In fact why would anyone do any drug before getting on lawn mower?
Those things will remove fingers and toes for fun.
If you must drug and mow use a push mower and end the day with all your digits intact and attached.
