Highland Park gunman Robert 'Bobby' Crimo dressed up as a woman to carry out yesterday's attack and was able to flee in the crowd because of the disguise, cops revealed on Tuesday.
Crimo, 21, has not yet been charged for the massacre but he remains in custody and is speaking with the authorities.
Police on Tuesday revealed that he legally owned multiple weapons including two rifles - one that was used in the attack and another that was found in his vehicle when he was arrested at 6.30pm last night. Crimo's motive remains unclear, but police say he had been plotting the attack for weeks.
He legally purchased the two rifles along with other guns in the local area - despite a ban on assault rifles in Highland Park, buying them at multiple locations.
On Monday, after the attack, he fled among frightened paradegoers, pretending to be one of the victims, and went to his mother's house.
It's unclear if he told her what he had done or if she is being treated as a suspect, but he took her car.
It comes as questions over the young gunman's motive, lifestyle and his obsession with the numbers 47 arise.
Crimo had a 47 tattoo on his cheek and the numbers are emblazoned on the side of a car at his home. The vehicle was left abandoned in the front yard on Tuesday after the home was raided by FBI agents. Crimo also posted the number all over his social media accounts, where he also shared ominous rap videos that glamorized school shootings.
On Tuesday, it was revealed;

It’s okay, because he *identifies* as a female serial killer.
Was 47 his MKULTRA sleeper code? Maybe he thought all of the other Zombomunists would arise at his social media broadcasting of the number. As reasonable as any other explanation so far.
Definitely a homo/tranny.
The media is trying really hard to push him off as MAGA.
(but this freak, posted video’s, social media telling people, warning people and not stopped?)
Exactly. It makes no sense at all.
Traffic stop and there is video of his arrest all over the internet.
And parents who attend PTA meetings.
The Daily Mail article states he was obsessed with the number 47, and even has a picture of his car with a large “47” painted on its side.
If you look at that stupid symbol that he has showing up all over some of his video’s, you can trace ‘4’s and ‘stylized ‘7’s in its structure.
Tranny mass murderer.
How can our ‘youth,’ who have no jobs, let alone any marketable skills to even GET a job, afford to buy guns, ammo, pay for tattoos, a cross-dressing wardrobe, expensive video games and thousand-dollar sex dolls?
What’s wrong with this picture?
If the weapons were purchased legally, the serial numbers could be traced to identify the owner. Then it would be a matter of finding the owner's current location. From later in the thread, a local LEO matched his vehicle to a BOLO.
All you have to do is look at the photos that have been posted of it online, to know that thing preferred looking feminine.
Bradley Manning wannabe.
But you have to ask yourself the question, what is a woman? How does a woman dress? How do they know this sniper is not a woman? Did they even bother to ask him or her it’s or their pronouns? He or she could even be a furry, or some animal. It’s just to early to jump to conclusions.
I saw somewhere that this guy has a net worth of $100K. I think he monetized his rapping and videos.
However, Agent 47 isn’t the only video game assassin; several other games have their own assassins. It’s fascinating to observe what makes these people so excellent at their occupations, whether they’re military-trained killers like Solid Snake or career assassins like Ezio Auditore.
