From the corporation’s standpoint, it’s cheaper to pay for an abortion than pay maternity expenses and another name added to the company benefits package.
It’s hard to imagine putting a cost benefit analysis on the birth of a human being but it’s being done.
Time to abort any tax laws favoriting the large corporations - maybe get some lefties on board.
I suspect that “covering the costs” won’t last long, after they have wrung as much publicity out of it as they can.

Stockholders should question this misuse of revenue. And what about employees who don’t want to kill their babies? Can they get free trips, maybe for a wellness day or so? Even better, to a pro-life activity?

Easy, 2-part fix.
1. All the anti-infanticide states should pass laws declaring all humans to be alive at conception and granting all humans in their state the full rights of citizenship.
2. In addition, make it a felony to attempt to take any citizen of that state out of the state as part of a plan to deprive said citizen of their right to life.
