The man behind the wheel of the car that barreled through crowds of pedestrians in Times Square five years ago, killing a woman and injuring 22 other people, was cleared of responsibility Wednesday because of mental illness.
The Manhattan jury accepted an insanity defense claiming Richard Rojas was so psychologically disturbed he didn’t know what he was doing.

Imagine a conservative Male plowing into a crowd of people, killing a teen then getting off for mental illness. Im fairly sure it would never, ever happen in NYC.

Okay, folks: This is something I keep sort of harping on. That is, that an overwhelming number of lowlifes get away with - literally - murder because they can prove they are mentally ill. (And like who can’t these days? According to my boss in the mental health center where I used to work: “Everyone has a diagnosis. Haha.”)
The govt doesn’t ask your permission, usually, before taxing you to help the mentally ill. Believe me: The money is wasted and the patients who need help most are not helped. They are the Democrats’ army enabled and FINANCED to wage war against taxpayers.
That the mentally ill are more than enabled to wage war against us is evidenced by this crime. RIP poor young tourist lady.

Not surprised. It is New York City. I would have been more surprised if they found him responsible for what he done. In New York City and New York State, Crime in King and criminals rule.
