Companies said they were recalling 'Freedom Series' items labeled 'Made in USA' and feature guns and eagles
Harris Teeter and Kroger are facing backlash for a decision to remove patriotic products after people complained.
A customer took to Twitter Monday to complain about Harris Teeter selling some pro-America items — that read "Give me liberty or give me death" and "America, love it or leave it" — saying they were insensitive as mass shooting incidents happen around the country.
"Why are you allowing this type of item to be sold at your grocery store in Huntersville NC? Clearly in light of the recent mass shootings, you can understand how this IS NOT a good idea," the Twitter user wrote.

Last I knew Harris Teeter us owned by Kroger.
As for Kroger, this explains a lot...

Somewhere between 10-15%
50% if you include the inderent and/or “I don’t know” crowd..and illegals with no intentions of assimilating...are destroying America.
It was actually a good thing especially compare to much of the world.
In order that a handful of freaks feel comfortable being openly freak pervs?
Seriously, I’m enraged that a handful of spoiled lefty brats get to determine what the rest of us can buy with our money.
My view is that this is a mix of ignorance and hyped sensitivity. Ignorance in that the internet is still a largely new phenomenon that has little validation ability. Is the complaint/compliment a ripple or a wave and what distinguishes between the two? It is a fact that this era’s youth has grown up with both the internet AND with the teaching from academia towards LEFTist agendas.
As for the hyper sensitivity, businesses, AT THIS TIME, only see an advantage to allowing their responses to be acquiescing to the LEFT. It is the LEFT that forms mobs and media auto-da-fe over the most inane idiocies like proper pronouns. Thus to minimize headaches, they choose this easy course. The COUNTER to this is for US, the VRWC, to put our voices and buying decisions on the table! WE need to show that there is a price to be paid for surrendering to the LEFT!
Unfortunately little Ralphie got lost and starved because his new AR-15 didn’t have a compass in the stock.
Well, it’s ok with me if Kroger just sticks to food items. I’m about exhausted over having to be outraged over every single issue at every store, website or market in the country. Kroger has been pretty friendly to conservatives in the past.
Yup, woke investment funds are behind this.
Makes me want to see the USA have a Pinochet-style dictatorship for a few years...just long enough for all the wokesters and communists to get their free helicopter rides.
Ok, so two can play this game...Tweet to Kroger your thoughts! Let’s see how they react when a couple million people walk away from buying groceries in their stores.
I was kicked off NitTwit 3 or 4 years ago. Ain’t going back.
I can’t boycott Kroger here in Texas. I already don’t shop there because Kroger sucks. HEB runs rings around them.
“Do pickets increase sales?
Oh I forgot. Apathetic conservatives don’t do that.”
What day? When? During working hours? Sorry I have a family, with financial plans & I’m on a budget.
That’s apathetic to you?
The pretty-looking strings of garlic that come from China were grown in human feces. No Chinese garlic for me, you bet.
No, wagging the dog is something different.
Not criticizing you, just educating
All it takes is one person most of the time, to screw it up.
No offense taken. Educate me, please, on the difference. My son does the same thing for me when I make a “fallacy of logic.”
“I believe Harris Teeter is an HEB owned chain.”

No one should be confused— the enemy of the 2nd Amendment is the media—not the indoctrinated gun-grabbing fools who believe everything they are fed to believe on TV.
But the media wants us to go after the fools and leave them alone to continue tearing down America.
Chances are that the culprit is the "high fructose corn syrup".
The body doesn't know how to digest and convert it to energy.
It just sits in the body, until it becomes fat
Try to find, nowadays, anything that doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup, because it is the cheapest sweetener.
It's everywhere !
