The ruling class has been operating outside the constitution since stealing the election, which was done by exploiting weak election laws. His long-time Chief of Staff, Ron Klain, is rumored to be leaving after the midterms. The rats will be jumping off the ship to get jobs in the private sector before the end of the regime.

The MSM and Dems are pushing the meme of Biden running for reelection to disguise the reality of a lame duck President, which he will become anyway if the Reps take the House in 2023. The Biden Green New Deal agenda is over.

Answer: Maybe. The key will be how successful will be the Biden admin and the press at painting a GOP-majority Congress with the nation’s continuing problems. I advanced this question some time ago but in the context of the Republicans assuming control of Congress in a rapidly and seriously deteriorating economic situation. If the Democrats can pin responsibility for failing to fix that situation on the Republican party in control of Congress, they might survive in 2024.

I anticipate that we will see increased inflation, recession even serious recession, accompanied of course by joblessness and stagflation. In order to cure this life-threatening cancer, the medicine is nearly as unpleasant as chemotherapy. We might well be reduced to a Hobson's choice of what kind of pain we choose to inflict on ourselves to get out of this mess.

We can either crank up interest rates as did chairman Voelker to 20% raising the prime rate to over 20%, or we can decline to do so and suffer the ravages of inflation. One way or the other, we will be in pain.

It is at this point that the Democrats will blame Republicans for inflicting the pain and the media, as usual, will play the amen chorus.
