Shooter was a murder suspect being chased by police after he killed his grandmother earlier today. The pursuit ended near Robb Elementary. He apparently ran into the school and started firing.
18 year-old shooter Salvador Ramos now confirmed dead.

The photo was removed from the Citizen’s Free Press article. I assume they got some info that it was not in image of the shooter. It was a photo of a person in wearing a Coca-Cola shirt and draping the Trans flag behind their shoulders. This is the image that was removed:
