Most likely, the Daily Mail, which breaks a lot of stories, but they're so fast that they make a lot of mistakes. Could easily have been changed by now.
Again, not doubting it, sure looks like "one of those", just don't want to get called out for saying things that aren't true in the end.

I think it is better to wait for more solid confirmation, but the flag in the photo (blue/pink/white stripe) is the trans flag. Whether the person in the photo is the actual shooter is still not confirmed.
