No offense to the FBI...
Two weeks, and the Supreme Court leaker is still going to work every day. I assume he is, unless there was a resignation that no one heard about.
Who did it? We understand that Chief Justice Roberts is very committed to finding the leaker. Yet this leaker is still out there, and who knows what other "leak" is coming? Once a leaker, always a leaker. Just check out the repeat leakers who kept the media busy during the Russia and Trump story.
So Justice Roberts needs a Plan B. I'm not knocking the FBI, but this leak calls for the genius.

So maybe we can revive Holmes once again and turn the matter of the leak to him. The new novel should be titled The Angry Intern Seeking Fame and Fortune or the story of the liberal who just couldn't accept the idea that voters rather than justices should make these calls. The motive was to excite the hapless Democrats 2022, write a book or two, and get a job as a legal analyst at CNN plus.

The leaker investigation is in line behind the other investigations they haven’t started. They’ve had the Hunter Biden laptop now for two and one-half years.
Since it took Mueller almost two years to find nothing, there’s telling how long it will take to find something. . .
What makes anyone think the leak was ordered by any of the justices? Any of the clerks would have been able and motivated, and far more likely to do this on their own.
The FBI is NOT investigating this, but instead Roberts tasked the in-house Marshal, Gail Curley, to do so:

The author isn’t much of a genius either. The US Marshall’s Office is conducting the investigation, not the FBI.
The leaker was another Justice on the court.
I would say that a panel be organized and all people around the justices be fired and charged with conspiracy. Everyone. Secretaries, bailiffs, security as well as clerks. All need to be imprisoned without bail for what happened at justice is great crime against the USA.
Wrong. US Marshalls are not involved.
The Marshal of the Supreme Court is not a part of US Marshals.
What? Are you high or something? Just imprison dozens of people, absent any evidence that they were involved in the leak? By the way, it is hardly clear that the leaking of the Dobbs draft opinion is even a crime under federal law. Reasonable minds actually disagree on this matter.

I’m sure they identified the leaker days ago. They are now in the cover-up stage of trying to figure out how to not make the Media-Dem Party look bad. Wouldn’t surprise me if it turned out to be Sotomayor herself.
I do not believe that they do not know. We will never be told, like we will never really get anywhere on election fraud.
It will simply be “forgotten” using the ever more popular Hillary defense: “At this point what difference does it make?”

Roberts knows who it is now count on it. It’s one of the rats and he is sitting on it.
I intend all offense to the FBI. It is a corrupt gastapo. From the top down to the janitor it is 100% corrupt and all their agents are crooks. They are the enforcers of the swamp and HATE us. If they are doing anything on this coordinated and planned “leak” they are fabricating evidence and erasing real evidence as part of the plan.
