Amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations would give an unaccountable global bureaucracy the power to impose Shanghai-style lockdowns in U.S. cities—with or without our consent.
Without much attention from the corporate media, the World Health Organization (WHO) will soon vote on a hair-raising proposal to give itself control over health surveillance, reporting, and management worldwide.
In January, Loyce Pace, the Biden Administration’s delegate to the WHO, submitted amendments to 13 articles of the International Health Regulations. The Biden regime’s proposal is scheduled for a vote during the 75th World Health Assembly, held at the the Palais des Nations in Geneva on May 22-28.
The regulations, adopted by 194 member states in 2005, allow the WHO to declare a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern” if it believes that an infectious disease outbreak has occurred in a member state—but only with the consent of said member state.
The Biden regime’s new amendments would give the WHO director-general control over the declaration of a public health emergency in a member state—even over the objection of that member state.
The proposed amendments also empower WHO regional directors to declare a public health emergency in member states.
Disconcertingly, the WHO under Article 9 would be able to rely on sources for information leading to a declaration of a public health emergency while “maintain[ing] the confidentiality of the source.”
As the World Council for Health (WCH) points out, those sources “could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, as well as others seeking to monopolize power.” To say nothing of China.

As I understand it, this would be a modification to an existing treaty, so it only needs a Senate majority vote.
Everything will be a “public health emergency” so they can dictate ever facet of your life including when you should report to the death camps.

Well, under US Constitution that would be true but WHO is claiming that unless, within a certain time frame, a country objects, then WHO deems that country to have accepted. IOW, according to WHO, the US Constitution doesn’t apply.
WHO don’t need no stinking Constitution.
The left wants a global government that would have authority over the entire USA and supersede our current federal government. Global “health” organizations are just a baby step towards their goal.
Shang Hai lockdowns are a convenient way of ridding the population of unwanted people. And if media, WHO, CDC, Fauci, etc put it out that the lock-downed area is highly contagious no one will venture in to discover the truth of what’s really taking place.

The misguided (imo) Roberts Supreme Court decision that the federal government has the express constitutional power to dictate INTRAstate healthcare policy aside, patriots are reminded of the following.
The Supreme Court had not only previously clarified that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to dictate intrastate healthcare policy, but also that federal power to make treaties cannot be used as a backdoor to effectively expand federal government's powers.

So the WHO would claim but only a democrat president and congress would consider this binding on the US. WHO doesn’t have the authority to modify our Constitution so this claim would be unlawful
