Researchers discover serious gene defect in Inuit populations (Inuit descendants may die from vaccines or viral infections - populations include Greenland, Canada and Alaska)

A newly discovered gene defect among people of Inuit ancestry in Greenland, Canada and Alaska will possibly lead to screening of all newborn Inuits as they will otherwise be at risk of dying from child vaccines or simple viral infections.

For several weeks, medical doctors at Rigshospitalet had difficulty diagnosing a very ill 22-month-old Greenlandic child. The child showed signs of meningitis, and there was also a suspicion of tuberculosis, which is relatively common in Greenland. The treatment did not work as intended and the child's condition was serious.

"A whole genome sequencing was carried out and this revealed a defect in the gene IFNAR2.

The researchers carried out analyses of the patient's cells and infected these with herpesvirus and measles virus. It quickly became apparent that the patient's cells were unable to mount any kind of antiviral response. The cells could not form the signal molecule interferon, which is normally released by cells during viral infections to mobilize the body's antiviral defense mechanisms. There was uncontrolled viral production in the patient's cells and the cells simply died.

"The children died or became very ill after COVID-19 infection, influenza or two or three weeks after the MMR vaccine. This is very unusual, but when we compared gene sequences, there was a match," says Trine Hyrup Mogensen.

"The gene defect is so frequent in the population that we're able to publish the study and hopefully create a change for many families. Deaths can be avoided.

"It's quite possible that some of the children who have so far died under unexplained circumstances in these regions have died as a result of serious viral infections after natural infection or vaccination with live-attenuated vaccines due to the gene defect."

The write up has a discussion with a lady who says “… it's extremely important that this doesn't lead to vaccine hesitancy among the populations affected.”

So she is fine with giving vaccines to people who are most likely to die from them, for the greater good.

What’s wrong with personal choice?

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List

This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.

Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.

Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

What will the Brandon Administration do to those...to help those poor people? Do they have a solution in mind? I know his solution for most of We the People was to badger them into taking “vaccines.”

Naw, it’s cool. It was tested and determined to be safe and effective.

If the Government said it, then it’s so. That means they know for a fact it’s safe for Inuits.

If you question that, you’re a conspiracy theorist.

A little qualification and quantification would have been nice!

"...among SOME people of Inuit ancestry..."

or

"...among ONE in TEN THOUSAND people of Inuit ancestry..."

“Conspiracy theorist”
Ah, the C_A’s trope to shame people who take a serious probe into the things the government wants to keep hidden.

From the write up at the link:

“It turned out that 1 out of 1500 had inherited the gene defect from both parents and were therefore extremely susceptible to viral infections and vaccines with live viruses such as the MMR vaccine.”

Those with one copy make up 2.4% - 3.4% of the Inuit population. I got that from the actual study. To put it back into your desired example, that means up to “ONE in TWENTY-NINE.”

I can't put everything in a 300 word excerpt.

From the remaining 4,619 Greenlandic individuals, we identified 220 heterozygous and three homozygous carriers yielding an overall MAF of 0.024 (imputation confidence 0.987). To assess the distribution of the p.Ser53Pro variant, we performed a local ancestry analysis where the phased haplotypes for each individual are colored according to their European or Inuit ancestry. The p.Ser53Pro allele was exclusively found on a background of Inuit ancestry, whereas the reference allele was identified on both European and Inuit backgrounds (Fig. 1 D). Ancestry-specific allele frequencies were 0.034 and 0.000 for the Inuit and European ancestries, respectively. Consistent with these findings, we undertook a separate analysis of a published WES dataset from 104 healthy individuals of Inuit heritage from Nunavik, Canada (Zhou et al., 2019). The p.Ser53Pro allele was present in the heterozygous state in seven individuals (MAF 0.034). Excluding related individuals (defined as second degree or closer) gave a slightly higher MAF of 0.047. Collectively, these data indicated that the p.Ser53Pro IFNAR2 variant was present at a relatively high allele frequency in association with Inuit ancestry.

The numbers are pretty small for good statistical accuracy. There is no information about the relatedness of the individuals carrying the allele. The geographic scope is small compared with the area occupied by Inuit.

Likely such a defect could arise and persist in the population because contacts between Inuit were so infrequent that viral disease epidemics were rare. Natural social distancing due to geography.

Since the trait is recessive, only 1 in 1500 will have anything to worry about.

Researchers discover serious gene defect in 1 in 1500 Inuits populations

There! Shorter - but more informative.

Worst part: No detailed medical histories are taken from people before vaxxing.

CoupFlu vaccinators have to pre-register with and be approved by Fedzilla.

Most primary care providers never registered.

So people who don’t know the person they’re shooting up from Adam’s housecat are doing the sticking.

Reason for that?

I’m thinking to get around VAERS.

Because PCPs would be more likely to report if they’d administered the damn things. And might be more likely not to recommend in the first place if they actually are the ones who risk inflicting the harm.

The title told you the population—Inuit.

One in 29 mating with one in 29 provides the negative outcome.

You tell people that having a kid is not a problem when 3.4% of a population has the gene.

Read the dang write up and study before smearing my work with “A little qualification and quantification would have been nice!” Help everyone here with just a little bit of donated effort, okay?
