Honorable mention goes to Highway Patrol for being just before the dawn of the 60s, but the later shows are smack dab in the Tailfin Era, so there’s lots of cool 50s American iron on display.

It was Route 66 with the great Corvette with the fixed quad headlights and the updated rear styling. To me it was the best looking version of all.

Agree that Perry Mason had some of the most awesome cars. Last week on an episode Paul Drake was driving a convertible Corvette. And he was tooling around in a convertible T-bird. Those were late 1950’s episodes of the show.
Paul and Della wore some pretty sharp outfits too.
