There are plenty of lawyers that will proceed on contingency. Doesn’t take a deposit any more.
Everything I learned about Mississippi chain gangs, I learned in 1999 when I was invited to go watch Life, starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence..
The State of Mississippi wasn’t interested in meteorogical assessments.
The State of Mississippi was only interested in getting a ditch cleared by sundown..
Okay. Contingency. But for all practical purposes, what could you win. Speaking as someone who won a million dollar “recovery” I got bupkiss.

A fairer fight would be with the woman who throws tables and catches chairs while holding her purse.
They have the same build but this mother of the year may have the height advantage
Over the years I’ve found myself in several situations where I would gladly lose money to make a point.
Some call that vindictive......I call it making sure my point gets across regardless...but that’s just me.
Depends. Per some of my lawyer clients, a surprising number of ‘welfare queens’ actually have assets worth taking these days.
black on White violence dwarfs all other racial violence, exponentially.
If only we had an honest media that wan't afraid to tell the truth...
Contingency for what? That woman has likely never worked a day in her life and never will. That's a classic Mississippi welfare mother living in free housing and getting more welfare for every child she can squirt out. What are you going to collect, part of her food stamps or her Obama phone?
On top of what I posted above, it's Laurel MS and if you sued her she'd get an all black jury who would sooner kill you than award a white woman suing a black woman a nickel. I live 40 miles away and know half the lawyers in the area, there's not a single one who wouldn't laugh at you for suggesting it.
