“It is very important to make a distinction between the Russia of today and the Soviet Union of 30 years ago – they are not the same.” – Father Nolan
Father Daniel Nolan of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP) is no stranger to controversy. His controversial nature was on full display as offered his sermon at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish in Littleton, Colorado. In this sermon, he reminded the congregation that there are two sides to every issue regarding the Ukraine War. While he did not ask the congregation to choose a side, he did ask them to fully consider the facts and circumstances jumping on the bandwagon promoted by the world.
“We ought to obey God rather than men.” Acts 5:29
In September 2020, Father Nolan’s superiors banned him from posting videos online after stating Catholics need not follow draconian coronavirus mask mandates from their bishop or governor. In the ensuing outrage, the point of his message was missed entirely: he seemed to want people to exercise control over their own health and not to let others do it for them.
Ukraine’s sin versus Putin’s Carnage
Last month, in Father Nolan’s sermon, which was recorded privately by someone and posted to YouTube (it has since been removed), his true message may have been overwhelmed and missed by the liberal anger.
He spoke about the entire world running in outrage to hate Vladimir Putin and referred to it as a “rush to condemn.” He is concerned about the lack of balance in response to the invasion of Ukraine and the lack of media truth.
...
Father Nolan once again has become a point of controversy, becoming the antithesis of the world’s actions.
What do you think?

Soros and our DeepState have their agenda. Putin has his. And the Ukrainians facing the Russian army have theirs.

It goes without saying that many of us are not for anyone invading anyone, but I refuse to ally with this person and his ilk. (This is no secret, by the way, and has been known for some time)

So? George Bush looked into Putin’s eyes and saw his soul.

U.S. Priest:'Ukrainian President Zelensky is an Adamant Supporter of the New World Order' (Video) Father Daniel Nolan claimed that many of the pictures of the Ukraine War were recycled from the 2014 Crimean war. However, he did not provide references for that statement.... He mentioned that Russia today is “no longer corrupt institutionally,” a controversial statement that only the Russian Oligarchs could answer.

We aren’t following George Bush any more either. Or at least, we shouldn’t be.

Ukraine is a proxy war with Russia. There are two factions fighting for control of the world. Neither of them want peace as sovereign nations - they demand the world. This isn’t a good vs evil war going on in Ukraine/Russia. This is a good vs evil war going on in the world and it’s too late to stop it.

By the time the people figure out what is going on, it’s always to late.
The MSM comes in and created a narrative that dominates at least for a while.
Of course eventually it crumbles, but by then as with Covid, they accomplished their goal: influence the 2020 elections.
Now you’re just starting to hear about the Nazi groups that ARE in Ukraine after all, even though the MSM wrote articles about how some in Congress tried to get them listed as terrorist organizations years past and that was in the news...
Eventually folks will realize Ukraine is not a democracy. Ukraine doesn’t have freedom of speech, they committed their own share of injustices to the Russian minority there, or that many in the eastern parts of Ukraine are ethnic Russian and actually welcome absorption into Russia...
Nothing is what it appears with our MSM. They champion certain ideas and then push them really hard and anything contradicting is just not carried in their message. “The rest of the story” almost always comes later, may it be vaccines, Russian collision...

For several months now, a few of us have been discussing the absolutely Satanic lies, fakery, deceit, and fraud perpetuated by that psychopath Zelensky.
Granted Putin is no angel, but some folks here have been kissing the butt of a demon in order to fight Russia.
The one Soros wants you to cheer for us evil as Hell.
Stop eating their lies, folks.
Consider, for once, that you have all been duped by a Satanic rat.

No one is asking anyone to ally with Putin. At the very least, however, freepers should be discerning and think for themselves instead of falling for whatever the globalist media says. That includes listening to both sides and learning about an issue before opining.
Some posters here are celebrating every Russian soldier’s death. Those ppl obviously have no idea that Ukrainians living in the Donbass area have been shot at, shelled, and bombed 24/7 for 8 years. Approximately 14,000 ppl have been killed by the Azov Battalion of the Ukrainian Army, over 250 of them children! And then these posters profess to care so much about ppl suffering in Ukraine! SMDH.
Neither side is blameless in this war, so we shouldn’t be taking sides but rather praying for a quick resolution with as little death as possible.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
#1. So which country has Ukraine invaded, and how many cities have they destroyed, how many millions of refugees have they created?
None.

"...Neither side is blameless in this war, so we shouldn’t be taking sides but rather praying for a quick resolution with as little death as possible..." On this we agree.

Yeah, but, but, he's fighting for the sovereignty of Ukraine. So, we must all hop on the rah rah bandwagon for the man who could not give a whit about Ukraine or her people. It's all about him and his place on the world stage as the WEF stooge.
When "conservatives" fall for this charade and distraction, I realize we are doomed.
I know we can handle more than 1 crisis at a time, but I have yet to hear any of them be as passionate about the steady invasion along our southern border. I guess they just know it will all be solved real soon.
It just boggles the mind to think these individuals are so blind to their own destruction, but they see themselves as heroes for protecting others from losing what they never had in the first place, and never will. Zeleneskyy has already sold the Ukrainians down the river.
To: Widget Jr
Other than shelling/killing thousands of Russian-speaking Ukrainians you mean?

Interesting take.
Would love it if any of the priest at my church would talk like this.
Mine are pretty apolitical except for a few lectures on how wonderful it is that we are getting all these new immigrants.
Thanks for the post.
