Amazon is seeking to overturn the historic union victory at one of its New York City warehouses, arguing in a legal filing Friday that union organizers and the National Labor Relations Board acted in a way that tainted the results. It now wants to redo the election.

So much irony.
Amazon isn’t really worth it unless you absolutely have to have to the next day or so.
Unionizing will drive up costs.
Funny how the liberals that run Amazon are against the union. I thought one of the mantras of the Left was….Workers of the world unite.
No different than the movie folks destroying Georgia.
No kidding.
Unions are good, for thee!!
Not for ME ... says the wonky eyed snake face.
He wants to start a Philly style vote counting system.
Now that’s funny.
Unionism Dies in Darkness!
” If those people who voted for the Union only knew how these reps and officials really see the employees they’d never sign up - ever.”
My first job was union, with the Retail Clerks International. The local president was a little round, bald man who always walked around with a retinue of muscle bears. At a meeting I asked the long-time union woman sitting next to me what the young, well-muscled guys did for the union boss. I mean, it was like a movie where the top guy runs the mob and he’s surrounded by these guys who don’t appear to have any function. She said, “When somebody does or says something Mr. Jones doesn’t like, they change the mind of whoever it is.” I said, “You mean they beat people up?” She said, “Yes.”
Never understood why someone would vote for a union in a place like that. Closing the place down and opening another warehouse nearby is very easy for a company like Amazon.
My experience was seeing the Carpenters Union operate - they actually took me to dinner to meet the big boss - who afterwards thought I was a spy or plant. So I believe your post.
Now...! NOW it’s tainted...!
Unions are primarily for the enrichment of the union bosses and the coffers of the Democrat Party. Donald Trump was the greatest friend in office American workers have ever had, but the unions were as virulently opposed to him as the most radical masked Marxist. Another purpose is to protect the privileges and incomes of certain skilled trades. In that respect they are nothing more nor less than a medieval guild in modern dress.
For Amason employees it is a Hobson’s choice.
Amazon is a meat grinder. The turnover is horrific. They screw the hell out of them on injury issues, working conditions etc.
If Amazon didn’t screw the employees it is unlikely it would be nearly as successful. They couldn’t treat the employees fairly and distribute products as quickly and cheaply as they do. That’s an economic fact.
The only real solution for employees is to find a job somewhere else. They are foolish to believe otherwise.
Vote fraud at Amazon? Wasn’t Amazon one of the companies that denied there was any vote fraud in 2020?
Did they use Dominion? Illegal ballot boxes? Ballot deliveries in the middle of the night with no chain of custody? Voter roles weren’t clean? Did votes exceed number of voters? Were observers kicked out? Votes double and triple scanned? Union ballot mules?
Exactly.
welcome to the party pal!! howzit feel to deal with election fraud??
Amazon’ arguments are are almost all bullshit, but passing out cannabis might be a problem.

Not so easy in AOLs district.
