In a truly shocking moment, Will Smith just smacked Chris Rock in the face after the comedian made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith at The Oscars.
Chris was up on stage Sunday presenting for Best Documentary, but before he started naming the nominees ... he was firing off zingers to the crowd, and eventually landed on Will and Jada Pinkett Smith.
Chris made a comment about Jada's shaved head ... saying he couldn't wait to see 'G.I. Jane 2' -- which got some groans from the crowd, to which he just sorta shrugged off.
Chris didn't think he'd crossed a line, but Will clearly did ... because he stormed the stage and literally socked the dude in the face. A stunned Rock exclaimed, "Wow. Will Smith just smacked the #### outta me."
The American broadcast on ABC muted, and even froze, but in other countries it continued ... and Will shouted "Keep my wife's name out your #### mouth" twice to Chris.
Chris eventually gained his composure again and carried on with handing out the Oscar, but the room was left tense with a sense of unease.

Can't help? Women go to those shows having spent several year's worth of ordinary peoples' wages on clothing, shoes, hair, nails, jewelry and makeup, as well as special undergarments to correct their body deficiencies. Would it have killed her to wear a wig or turban, since she can afford the very best in a town known as the epicenter of costuming? Nobody is forcing her to stop wearing wigs, as she most certainly has in the past for vanity reasons.
She is preening her special victimhood—me, me, me—and it's especially solipsistic on the night when it was her husband's moment to be highly honored (in their world). He laughed at the remark until she goaded him to bash Chris Rock.

This isn’t the first time she’s shown up somewhere with extremely short hair or a shaved head. You seem to think she did it just for this event.
And why should she dress herself in a way that you think she should, instead of the way she wants to?
She didn’t ask Rock to make this stupid joke. If he hadn’t done it, we’d never be talking about her hair.
I really don't care what this skank wears; and that was not the issue. The issue is that people, including yourself, are arguing in defense of Smith's thug behavior—they and their unfaithful lifestyle want to flaunt the norms of marriage, yet inflict pain and shout profanity over the airwaves because of an insult to "my wife"? faugh
I do care that narcissism seems to be the prevailing social standard in the United States, which is collapsing from people putting their precious feeeeelings and self-adoration above all else.
Our planet is host to almost 8 billion people. Every one of them thinks slightly - or even greatly - differently from the others.
That seems to bother you.
It doesn’t bother me at all. (Though, your logic and reading comprehension does bother me a little...)
By the way:
Jesse Watters of Fox News did a great segment on Prime Time tonight. He showed exactly what percentage of the population is actually trans, gay, wealthy, etc., as opposed to all the noise they make.
It should give you some reassurance that you don’t have to worry so much about people like me who happen to disagree with you on a single event:

Please stop posting your unrelated deflections. You’re welcome to your futile empathy about people you do not know and are not likely to interact with any time soon, unless you’re holding out on us about your vital interactions with Rock or the Smiths.
You have not convinced me of your point(s) of view, and I do not care if I convince you of mine; so good night and good luck.
I like to deal in principle. But, should I suppose that YOU know them personally?
You’re getting kind of scary, so I’m glad to say goodnight to you, too.
Chris Rock makes joke about Jada's alopecia at Oscars
Will Smith "smacks the sh*t" out of Chris
The Media goes nuts, pushing "Alopecia Awareness" into the mass consciousness.
Pfizer happens to be bringing an Alopecia Drug to the market.
Pfizer happens to sponsor the Oscars.
What a COINCIDENCE.
