There really was a Chinese restaurant in NW Portland called Hung Far Low. I used to go there all the time in the 70s and early 80s. Might still have a matchbook in some junk box around here.

I just looked up Hung Far Low in Wikipedia. They were in NW Portland from 1928 until 2005, then moved to SE 82nd until closing in 2015. Oh well.
There is an honest to God, Dutch distillery that makes Fockink gin.
Only available in Europe (for now).
How about an ad campaign encouraging the marketplace to order a Fockink gin and tonic, or a Fockink martini.
I think it might hit a sweet spot in the marketplace.
