I’m one of the fortunate people who is yet to test positive for Covid. This is despite the fact that I work with live replicating Sars-CoV-2 (the virus that causes Covid) for my research, teach face-to-face at university, and have school-age children.
My fully vaccinated healthy friends of the same age were not so lucky, and some have suffered from more than one case of Covid in the past couple of years. What does this reveal about my immune system?
First, we have to consider a number of scenarios. There is a very small chance that I have never come into contact with the virus. But given the duration of the pandemic, and the number of highly transmissible variants, this is unlikely. Then there is the chance that I have come into contact with Sars-CoV-2, but it was cleared from my body quickly before it developed into the disease Covid (abortive infection). At the start of the pandemic, and before I was vaccinated, I could have caught the virus but I could have been one of the small number of people who did not display symptoms and therefore did not test for it.
Some people may clear the virus quickly because they have pre-existing antibodies and memory immune cells that recognise the virus. These could be cross-reactive memory T-cells generated previously to fight similar coronaviruses that cause the common cold. There is evidence of higher prevalence of endemic (non-Covid) coronavirus infections in the young and reduced cross-reactive T-cell presence in older people.

If they had seriously investigated the Covid immune on the Diamond Princess Cruise Ship and found some anwers, much death and suffering could have been prevented.
Careful…some of us who have never had it, nor ever tested positive (like me), may just wind up like Gary Sienese (Stu Redman) in The Stand.
I haven’t had it either. It has nothing to do with a memory because my immune system memory was decimated from the chemo to prepare my system for my bone marrow transplant (from a donor) . I’m not vaxed.
Neither of my 3 siblings got it either. My sister was wiping the nose of her granddaughter who had it. Shes vaxed. My 2 other siblings are not vaxed.
My son did notget it either. He has been flying internationally 3 weeks of every month. He was unvaxed till this past August 2021.
I’m giving thanks to God. .

If one doesn’t test positive for the ceebug, using a nose swab, it’s just means they have a clean nose. Doesn’t mean they don’t have, or can’t get, the bug. At the same time, having a dirty nose doesn’t mean you actually have the ceebug——not the same thing and the whole conversation is double talk and mumbojumbo. The bug has pretty well defined symptoms, one of which is NOT a dirty nose since you don’t have it until it hits, and stays, in your lungs.SIMPLE
They would probably have more useful information on this topic if they had treated COVID as if it were some sort of medical issue.
But they just saw it as a political tool of social control.
How does anyone whether or not they’ve had it without a titer?

I saw that one years ago, but had to look it up.
It’s too bad he doesn’t seem to have the answers. I doubt we can change our ACE-2 receptors.
He also makes what I understand to be a patently idiotic claim that natural immunity is inferior to that gained through these “treatments”. I believe the reverse is true.
I am becoming amazed, as well, that there appears to be no concern with applying this mRNA “treatment” to what may be infected people. I suppose that there may be an assumption that the mRNA would not come into contact with infected cells, but I would be interested in the results of testing such.
Some people are too stupid to know that they are sick. I’m not even kidding a little bit.
Im betting the majority of Freepers were mostly immune to covid, because we are all SOB’s when compared to the rest of the population.
Never got sick, so I never tested for it. Why would I test for something if I’m not even sick?
no one in my immediate family caught it, and we almost near wore a mask.
I am vaxxed but both my children got it. I think I had in in January 2020. I was at a training event in Denver and the worst cold ripped through our class. Spread like wildfire and caused people to miss 3-5 days of training.
Some may have had H1N1 a few years back and recovered.
I attribute it to my 6 month supply of Hydroxychloriquine which I had been genuinely prescribed for R. Arthritis. I got the refills, but I never took it while I had no flare ups. I started taking it as prescribed after President Trump spoke of it about two years ago.
I never got sick at all. I believe now that the HCQ acts as a cure as well as likely a ‘vaccine.’ Certainly for me it was more effective than those absolute fraud poison injections which have been provided to so many, countless many, who submitted to that garbage. We shall see the consequences of those shots in time.
I am of the impression that there are other combinations of medications that may also be effective in countering the most difficult aspects of this mild Virus which apparently impacts persons with comorbidities greatly, but mostly it is largely benign following brief discomfort as any typical antigenic virus which Humans have contended with for countless generations.
Which the leaders of these United States used very successfully to that end.
