A new Quinnipiac poll released Monday revealed a sharp partisan divide in how Americans would react if invaded by a foreign power.
The pollster asked Americans what they would do if they found themselves in the same position as the average Ukrainian right now, subjected to a violent invasion by a hostile country: stay and fight for their home, or abandon it and flee the country. Fifty-five percent of respondents in total said they would stay and fight, while 38% said they’d flee.

When broken down by party affiliation, both Republicans and Independents said they would stay to fight by margins of 68% to 25% and 57% to 36%, respectively, according to the poll. Democrats, however, were more likely to say they would flee; 52% said they would leave the country, while only 40% said they would stay to fight.
The poll surveyed 1,374 American adults between March 4-6, with a margin of error of 2.6%.

Why can't they just leave NOW?
If America is attacked, Republicans say they should defend it.
Democrats agree with Republicans that Republicans should defend it.
If we need to send our teenagers to go to war defending another country, Republicans say they don’t want to send their teenagers.
Democrats disagree and think we should send the teenage children of Republicans to defend the other countries.
Depending on who the invaders are, Democrats might actually join them!
I’ve always wanted to say to these people, “If America is so damned bad, why is everyone trying to come here?”.......................
We could put work boots on their doorsteps.

In their twisted minds it’d be even better if we’d allow them to turn it into the socialist utopia they dream about......their dream is our nightmare however.
At least when they leave, we will be smart enough to not let them back in.
And, that would be a blessing. Maybe they can run to Canada and live w/fidel jr.

Uh...Where would Dems flee to? America is both their favorite punching bag and piggy bank.
The fact the dems would run away makes the cause all the more worth fighting for… the only problem is, once the fighting and bleeding is done, they’ll slither back in.
The only time Democrats actually flee is in advance of a losing vote in the legislature.
