I'm just wondering how the military would have classified Steve Rogers after finding him in the ice cryogenically frozen, but still fit for duty once thawed.
Would they have retired him, with a full pension and back pay? Would have been reinstated from the time they found him and ignored his missing time? Would he have been reinstated with the inclusion of the missing time and get all his promotions and back pay due?
I tend to think he would be promoted to Colonel and then pensioned out, regardless of his fitness for duty, but I honestly don't know.
The military is now full of little penis officers watching Nick Junior. They would hate an old boomer like him and make everything possible to keep him away from embarrassing them and their fetishes for little vagina Tinker Bell.
“...just wondering how the military would have classified Steve Rogers after finding him in the ice cryogenically frozen, but still fit for duty once thawed.”
A work of fiction?
Unless he took the CCP-Coronavirus jabs, and took the mandatory ‘gender’ training, Captain America would be charged with desertion, for allowing himself to be frozen. After court-martial, they’d sentence him to Leavenworth for a period ot time, not exceeding his lifetime. He could earn parole of sorts, by publicly announcing how brilliant XiJinBiden is, and how good the economy is, under Dhimmicratic direction. Mentioning the wonders of a world directed by Klaus Schwab’s WEF, would also lead to a reduction of sentence.
You can equate with a hypothetical situation of a soldier, about 25 years of age that gets captured by the Soviets but is still in fighting firm 5 years later because he wasn’t mistreated.
Just a question of curiousity.
Exactly as they did in the comics....call him a vigilante and then try to make him work for the gov’t and do its bidding.
The Superhero Registration Act was an analog to gun control and the government saw all super powered people as things to be registered and controlled, not as individual human beings with rights.
E-9 18X, then when they can clone his secrets, 09S for OCS, then MOSQ as a 35D/35E, then kick him over to CIA for POO training and put him in CIA SAD/SOG (or whatever they call it nowadays)...either that or drop him at the TECC with DOE/NNSA/OST for retirement.
Back when written by Stan Lee (who was Jewish and family fled Europe),it was actually an analogy of Germany’s registration of Jews for future.
annihilation..
The wand registration in Harry Potter was exactly your point. About how a tyrannical government first disarms those it considers undesirable. Very clever lady, that JK Rowling.
“Active duty Soldiers who are officially determined to be a Captive, Prisoner of War, Missing, Missing in Action, interned in a foreign country, captured, beleaguered or besieged by a hostile force, or detained in a foreign country against their will are entitled to receive or have credited to account the pay and allowances to which entitled when missing status began or to which a member becomes entitled later.”
Steve Rogers would have gotten his back pay as MIA, and then been retired with benefits as being over mandatory retirement age, regardless of his physical fitness.
Nice. Thank you..
Paramilitary Operations Officer (POO).
Basically when you get injured or age out of 18 series MOS, SEALS, MARSOC, DSS, DOE, USSS and other high-tempo operators, you get spy and anti spy training at Ft. Huachuca (for HUMINT and Counter Intelligence) and then to CIA Langley for the spy course and developing of assets, etc.
Truth. 🤗😐
Around the late 60's to early 70's, they started making Captain America into a leftard. He did a lot of issues with The Falcon and those stories were frequently about racism.
Sometime around Watergate, Steve Rogers became disillusioned with America due to Nixon and those dastardly Republicans and he gave up the identity of Captain America. He designed a new (and very gay-looking) costume and became a new superhero known as Nomad. After a few issues of that, he returned to his CA identity. I don't think I followed the character much after that.
I’d classify Captain Marvel of today as an enemy combatant, frankly. Especially that dipwad who portrays him in the movies. They are so woke they won’t even call him Captain America anymore - it’s just “The Captain.”
Depends. Once he woke, he would be questioned to see if he was WOKE.
as a cartoon?
Steve Rodgers was not a boomer.🙄
