Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said in an interview on “Full Court Press with Greta Van Susteren” that will air on Sunday that putting U.S. troops in Ukraine shouldn’t be completely off the table.
“You should always keep all your options open … I don't think you should ever take it off the table,” Scott said in response to a question on whether he’d ever support the U.S. sending troops to Ukraine.
The Biden administration has said there are no plans to send American troops into Ukraine as the U.S. has deployed thousands of troops to Eastern Europe both in the lead-up to and following Russia's invasion of its neighboring country.

Hey Rick, why don’t you step up, dial this number and then go to the Ukraine.
Want to go fight in/for the Ukraine? Here’s how to apply:
Will the children of these elites be signing up?
No.

Never seen so much incompetence in both parties across government. We are ruled by idiots.
Biden needs Ukraine to be destroyed so he can hide his crime family syndicate business dealings. He’s letting Russia do his dirty work so his hands will be blood-free. Any support for Ukraine is for show. NATO is in on it. They will do nothing.
You first, Dick. Lead from the front.
I don’t think he’s advocating sending troops. He’s saying don’t play poker with your cards face-up on the table.
The Republicans are committing mass suicide in front of our eyes.
Ukraine Kool-Aid is nasty stuff.
Nice weasel-wording and I actually believe that is the correct answer for a public official to give to the question.
My opinion as a private citizen, is:
"Hell No! Not one single American should be in a combat assignment in the Ukraine."
All the people I distrust the most (Soros, Schwab, etc.) are pressing for expanded American participation. That gives me plenty of reason to be cautious. I am not interested in World War III. And our "woke" military is unlikely to prevail in such a final conflict.
If we need to dick-punch the Russians, it must be done through intermediaries. The Europeans are going to have to be the direct assailants, and we can support them in ways that do not involve our direct combat.
Or not.
We have a treacherous political and corporate elite running our own government in directions encouraged by the Chinese. Also, plenty of home-grown psychopaths and sociopaths in command positions, running our country as their own personal whorehouse. We must deal with that before doing much else.
Not everyone can be a senator’s son to avoid getting drafted into war.

I ain’t no senator’s son, son
It ain’t me, it ain’t me
I ain’t no fortunate one
Republicans are always afraid of having actual power. They prefer to be losers.
Agreed. This is not our fight.
The Republicans are committing mass suicide in front of our eyes.
Ukraine Kool-Aid is nasty stuff.
GOPe is doing just find. I have no idea why some of the MAGA crowd are strapping on their vests and detonating them in support of Putinist Russia, Iran, Syria, etc. The vote on Ukraine was 141-5 in the UN. MAGA is being electorally marginalized by the fruits and nuts in the bowl and it is a sad thing to see.
Perfect.
The Republicans should have two clear messages:
(1) Open the Keystone pipeline and drill baby drill—on public lands and anywhere else we can.
(2) Our focus must be on defending our border from illegal invaders. Until we get that under control we have no business worrying about anyone else’s border.
Any deviation from these two spells doom for the GOP.
The USA in now the Evil Empire.
Not our war. One hair one their head should be injured over these politicians using our troops to do their dirty work.
All correct.
Ukraine’s president is a shill for the corrupt oligarchs.
They reward him well, like giving him a $35 million mansion in Florida to escape to, when it gets too hot over there.
The Biden administration is right about this. We do not need to get into a war with Russia over Ukraine. Occasionally a blind squirrel finds a nut.
