Voted for him twice! Love many things about him. However, I'm not the girl who's going to follow him over a cliff any more than I am the girl who worships the establishment Bushies! I want a populist CONSERVATIVE that can win & displays an ability to learn from mistakes and remembers that none of this is supposed to be about him! 🙄

There is considerable overlap between conservatism and libertarianism in that both oppose government favoring one group over another (aka affirmative action), onerous restrictions on businesses, and fiscal responsibility. Libertarianism and conservatism are natural allies, and setting one against the other helps only the big government leftists. I guarantee I'm not the only Paul supporter on here.

Your take is misguided at best. You think Trump “allowed” Wray and Barr to do what they did/still doing? Mmmmm....no, he didn’t. If you remember correctly, half of the GOP Congress headed by Lindsey Graham threatened Trump if dared he fired Sessions.. Trump had to bide his time and was not happy publicly with Sessions until the Mueller report/hearings was done. It was well played in my opinion. If you think Yrump could have done anything to Wray without being assassinated or ruined financially and legally, you are not thinking clearly. Every single one of these people wanted him gone because he could expose their corruption and derail their China gravy train. He didn’t quit or die of heart attack because he’s got more guts in his big toe than most people have in their family tree. I think people here have spent too much time watching West Wing or done other drivel because reality isn’t being touched on here. There us no one here on FR that could have done what Trump did continue to do, but so many here think they are smarter and stronger. I suggest they run for President, see how well you do, and convince us as to how easy it really is.
Rand, not Ron. I prefer politicians who have been 100% against the vaxx mandate from the start. That would be Rand Paul.
