A judge has already rejected Sarah Palin's claim against the New York Slimes. Hillary Rotten Clinton has announced her intention to sue various news organizations and hosts over their terminology in describing Durham's recent court filings. And not this with Kyle.

Does anyone seriously wonder what the outcomes of these three situations will be? I predict losses for the good guys and victory for the bad girl. Glad I won't be have to live in this country for as many years as I have enjoyed up until recently.

Well, the main difference is Palin & Hillary are established political\media figures they have a very high bar to reach to prove slander. I didn’t expect the Palin lawsuit to work. That ‘high bar’ gave ‘the court’ plenty of cover to rule the way they wanted to. Kyle is not he’s another high school kid like the the one accosted by the guy on the mall.
