On Monday Kyle Rittenhouse explained his new project and defamation lawsuits in the works against Whoopi Goldberg, Cenk Uygur, and other targets.
Kyle Rittenhouse hinted that he may take action against the many leftwing politicians and operatives who smeared him as a murderer. The list included Joe Biden who called him a white supremacist in a campaign ad.
Go get 'em Kyle!

The kid is counting on the system working as it was intended to work, because there is no doubt he was repeatedly slandered by people who knew better.
But its not clear the system works anymore. The left cannot allow it to work.

A judge has already rejected Sarah Palin's claim against the New York Slimes. Hillary Rotten Clinton has announced her intention to sue various news organizations and hosts over their terminology in describing Durham's recent court filings. And not this with Kyle.
Does anyone seriously wonder what the outcomes of these three situations will be? I predict losses for the good guys and victory for the bad girl. Glad I won't be have to live in this country for as many years as I have enjoyed up until recently.

Well, the main difference is Palin & Hillary are established political\media figures they have a very high bar to reach to prove slander. I didn’t expect the Palin lawsuit to work. That ‘high bar’ gave ‘the court’ plenty of cover to rule the way they wanted to. Kyle is not he’s another high school kid like the the one accosted by the guy on the mall.

Sarah Palin was already a public figure before she was slandered. It seems to me that false and viscous statements were made about Kyle before he was well-known and that could make a difference.
The media thinks it’s above the law and can say and do anything they want; maybe no more.
