PETITION TO THE SENATE OF CANADA:

Whereas

• on or about February 14, 2022, the Justin Trudeau Cabinet declared a public welfare emergency pursuant to the Emergencies Act (hereinafter the “Declaration of Emergency”);

• the legal pre-conditions for the Declaration of Emergency are not met;

• the factual pre-conditions for the Declaration of Emergency are not met;

• to maintain the Declaration of Emergency, a motion for confirmation of the Declaration of Emergency is required to pass both the House of Commons and Canada’s Senate;

• it is anticipated that a motion for confirmation of the Declaration of Emergency will pass the House of Commons;

We, the undersigned, citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the Senate of Canada to vote against a motion for confirmation of a Declaration of Emergency when such motion is brought before the Senate.

Now Trudeau has to find a foreign source of destabilization in order to invoke the Emergency Measures Act,he will make up the facts from whole cloth, and he will use facts that are untrue to do so… ( donors of money to freedom truckers from around the world that Trudeau has not been able to stop), he will then turn that into a boogie man under the beds of Canadians to instill fear,bend the arms of the Provinces in extortion because he controls their purses through grant payments, and then remove habeas corpus ( arrest with no probable cause that crime was committed, no bail, no right to a hearing) and put the entire nation of Canada under martial law,suspend elections , and suspend Parliament

Trudeau wants this badly. It will allow him to jail his political opponents.Trudeau has scores to settle.A further violation of the Charter Rights and Freedoms of all Canadians.

Trudeau is creating more than a group of passive protestors here if he invokes the Emergency Measures Act. He is creating millions of Sans Coulottes, and a movement that will result in the complete downfall of the Liberal and NDP parties of Canada.

BRING IT BRANDEAU !

It proves the Freedom Convoy's point, that Trudeau intends to use the pandemic to remove Charter Rights and Freedoms from Canadians on a permanent basis: Limited Travel and Assembly rights as well as a limitation on Freedom of Speech. Now we will live under a new Mugabe, the new "tough" Trudeau has become a monster.

Its past time to organize a Non confidence motion in Parliament, dissolve Parliament and call an election, a real election , an informed election.

We need leaders who will assure that whatever they do, it will always be within the generous confines of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Lets get on with it.

Trudeau's real Emergency is that he is losing the political battle he has waged against ordinary Canadians for the past two and a half years in which he has engaged a permanent socialist reconstruction of Canada. Canada rejects it.

What I find interesting is the ex post facto designation of donors to the convoy as terrorists, so that their bank accounts and other assets can be seized.The donations were made through crowd fundung sites. If the Senate does not go along, or especially if Trudeau interferes, the next move by the House may be a Vote of No Confidence. If so, it appears that will set in motion a removable procedure the Senate alone may be unable to control.
