As the public learned this week about Donald Trump “improperly removing” White House documents, the former president’s aides characterized the records as largely trivial. The Republican’s team told The Washington Post that the items that found their way to Mar-a-Lago “included correspondence with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, which Trump once described as ‘love letters,’ as well as a letter left for Trump by President Barack Obama.”
The explanation wasn’t especially credible at the time, and soon after, it started unraveling. For one thing, the controversy wasn’t about a handful of records; it was about 15 boxes filled with documents Trump wasn’t supposed to take. For another, the materials weren’t just harmless keepsakes; they reportedly included sensitive records believed to be classified.

The President is the "National Command Authority", who determines what is and is not "classified".
Actually if I recall correctly, it’s during the bush administration, right after 911. It speculated burger went into the congressional records to papers that incriminated Clinton’s failure to prevent a terrorist attack leading up to 9/11

He made a couple of mistakes though IMO. One was not cleaning house of all the vermin left over from the previous administration...the other was not holding his tongue a little more until AFTER he got re-elected.
Nancy Pelosi ripped up the State of the Union Address, a document which is supposed to be catalogued in the Library of Congress. Until they deal with that, they can EFF right off to HELL!

You should not be pushing questions about whether there is a defense to the mile long train of lies coming from the Marxist left. Their game is to tie you up in knots by spending needless time responding to their nonsense.
And if it’s for your son, he’s not listening to you anyway. But here’s what you can tell him that is taken directly from the propaganda:

Ask him what he thinks of that. If he continues to follow the lies, then you’ve got a bigger problem that likely requires professional family counseling or prairie justice or better yet, do not engage him but rather live by 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 until he is crushed by lies he’s consumed and he returns to you seeking guidance.
You will not convince him, nor persuade him. Time will bring him to heel. And your quiet strong fatherly life will be his refuge.
The media will never pass up the opportunity to last Trump for saying one thing and doing another. So much of this is preventable and further evidence that Trump is being poorly served by the people he has around him.

Start by asking what past POTUS documents, say bozo and BJClinto took with them, that are going to their library. What was in there? Who went through those to determine whether there was anything not supposed to be in their boxes?
