Trevor Bauer will NOT face any criminal charges for allegedly punching and choking a woman unconscious during sex, TMZ Sports has learned.
We're also told the decision was made in part because of texts messages between the accuser and Bauer ... where she indicated she was looking for rough sex.
Remember, 30-year-old Bauer was accused of getting physical with the woman during two sexual encounters in April and May 2021 ... which the alleged victim claimed left her with bumps, bruises, scratches and other injuries.
As for Bauer, he's long been adamant he did absolutely nothing wrong ... saying the situation was nothing more than rough sex between two consenting adults.
He's free to murder someone next time. Remember the Preppy Killer Robert Chambers, Jr.? He murdered Jennifer Levin via rough sex in Central Park in 1986.

Regardless, the dude’s into very rough sex which ends up with women heading to the ER. It’s not going to end well, and I would not want to be the GM who had his contract.
His contract should be void. There should be a moral clause. Did she get beat up which required treatment at ER? That's sufficient evidence. So Bauer's career is history.

MLB contracts do have morals clauses.
Bauer is signed through 2023. A 3-year $102 million contract. It is in jeopardy.
His contract is guaranteed, but you can bet the Dodgers are going to fight it- morals clause and so on.
She got fired from the Padres for having relationships with players and bragged about having sex with Tatis. She also bragged to a friend in text messages about what she and Bauer were doing, and the friend turned it into the police.
Not that the Free Republic “no sex league” cares about any of that or that the media was as one sided against him as they are against Trump.

The real story ended up being that after sex, she caught him stealing money from her purse. She started bitching at him, slapping and scratching, and lost it and choked her to death. Its a difference with a distinction I think.
Well, the girl continually begged for it in her texts to him. She got what she wanted. Trevor was actually taken aback by how much she pleaded for it.
