What I take is or one or two daily of the 10000 D3 in the red plastic bottle at Amazon ---- https://www.amazon.com/Carlyle-Vitamin-Softgels-Promotes-Supplement/dp/B07GRBQY5B -- I like the red bottle. It makes your daily D3 more noticeable and harder to neglect.
Best way to take your D3, for best absorption, is coming soon from me----
I also take D3 with K2 by Now Foods and magnesium supplement. High dose D3 should be taken w these two.
Now Foods also makes a magnesium in two forms-- https://www.amazon.com/Supplements-Magnesium-Bisglycinate-Powder-8-Ounce/dp/B00NIJ03C0 --- This uses to 2 glycinates to chelate the magnesium so is more absorbable than common mag glycinate which bonds magnesium into one glycinate. Probably the bisglycinate crosses the blood brain barrier better to sharpen your mind. I am currently using Mag - bisglycinate but will be buying some of the mag-glycinate too
But with the bisglycinate you get less magnesium per capsule than the common magnesium glycinate. Magnesium l-threonate is very expensive, but comes highly recommended (by Life extension company and others) for crossing the blood brain barrier. Buy some of the Mag Threonate to mix and match your magnesium intake. Magnesium is also very good for your heart.
Read the Amazon reviews for Magnesium Threonate. If you have money to spend mostly use this form of magnesium.
I am not as well versed in HCQ and Ivermectin, so please post on our beloved horse paste. I do have a great formula for bulletproof coffee coming next.
Good advice, but shrinkage will be quite discouraging this time of year where I live.
I predicted months ago that once you get on the Cov-vaxxx treadmill, it will be difficult to get off. So now we have the same Medicos telling you to get booster shot after booster shot -—AND you will learn to like it!

Interesting post.
This article spells out several additional types an which may be better in a particular situation.

After treatment for breast cancer, my oncologist recommended I take 2000IU per day of Vitamin D. So I did. Then I went to my rheumatologist & after blood work, she told me to lower my D to no more than 1000IU if that much. My D level was almost 100 but honestly, which one is right? Why would a rheumatologist be concerned about that level? I’m just not sure why Vitamin D is an issue to one doc & not the other!
Is there danger in a high D level?
Mine are pills.

Get your D levels tested again. 100 ng/ml is perfectly OK, but I am mystified how you got it that high. The average person has to take 5000-10000 D3 for a few months to get to 90-100. ______ I am at 74 ng/ml as of two months ago when I got blood work done.
Vaxxxx or no vaxxxx a D3 level of 50-60 is what you need. I am aiming to get to 90 Ng/ml. The elderly need D3 supplements. The ability to capture D3 via sun on your skin declines with age. Same for the obese. D3 is a fat soluble vitamin and is getting tied down in their extra pounds of fat. Thus not going where it should to be helpful.
Just had my annual. Only off number was LDL and that just a tad. We had decreased my niacin to 1000 so we upped it to 1500. I have been taking 6000 vit D per MD for years. Number is 65.

Between advice from my oncologist vs any other doctor, I go with my oncologist/ Hematologist. Your situation may be different. I don’t see my oncologist anymore. Was told not to come back 5 years ago 😉 Cured!

I am impressed by your long term high dose of D3. D is an anti-viral in addition to other actions. I was not thinking about D when I had blood tested 4 years ago. But last month I looked at those tests and my D levels 4 years ago were 34. Now that I make a point of taking D3 I am up to 74 ng/ml. By taking D3 I mean 10000 units daily, augmented by K2 and magnesium.
Do you take your niacin with meals? Do you take it in the form of 500mg 3x daily? I should start on it. Is the Niacin for your heart and arteries? Do you take flush free niacin or the kind that makes you flush? I do have some of the flushing niacin in the house.

Does niacin clean your arteries? (Last Updated: 22nd March, 2020)
https://treehozz.com/does-niacin-clean-your-arteries
Niacin, or Vitamin B3, is the best agent known to raise blood levels of HDL, which helps remove cholesterol deposits from the artery walls. At least four out of every 10 people with coronary artery disease fit this profile. Some patients in this study received simvastatin and niacin, while others received antioxidants.

Also, does niacin reduce plaque in arteries?
Nov. 16, 2009 (Orlando, Fla.) — A prescription version of niacin beat out a blockbuster cholesterol-lowering drug in slowing the buildup of plaque in artery walls, researchers report. The study pitted extended-release niacin, sold as Niaspan, which works by boosting levels of HDL “good” cholesterol, against ezetimibe.
Additionally, can you reverse plaque buildup in your arteries? Plaques begin in artery walls and grow over years. Blocked arteries caused by plaque buildup and blood clots are the leading cause of death in the U.S. Reducing cholesterol and other risk factors can help prevent cholesterol plaques from forming. Occasionally, it can even reverse some plaque buildup.
In this way, what Vitamin cleans your arteries?
Niacin is also known as vitamin B-3. It’s found in foods such as liver, chicken, tuna, and salmon. It’s also available as a supplement. Your doctor might recommend niacin supplements to help with your cholesterol, since it can increase your “good” cholesterol levels by more than 30 percent.
Is niacin good for the heart?
Niacin has long been used to increase people’s levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or the “good” cholesterol, and has been a major focus of research into heart disease prevention for several decades. However, clinical trials have not shown that taking niacin in any form actually prevents heart problems.
That sounds dirty somehow.
Interesting.
Many years ago I was proscribed a statin. had afternoon tiredness and thigh cramps. That lasted a month and we tried another which also lasted a month. Tried a third one and the issues started after 6 weeks. When he suggested a 4th I changed doctors and told the new one if you push statins I will leave. When my MD left to start her own practice I followed. We were doing 2000mg of niacin and 2400 red rice yeast. Two years ago we backed off to 1000 but now we upped it to 1500 because my LDL was a tad high.
I take the red rice yeast and B-complex after brushing my teeth and the niacin right before turning the light out at 2300. Usually takes 20 min for flushing to start so I am asleep by then.
Interesting. Are you using Cinchona bark?
Grapefruit and lemon peels.
Thanks.
I heard vitamins make tumors grow big and strong. Apparently vitamins are not only good for you, but good for them too.
