When I got home I have the same problem...it works on my phone but not on my laptop with comcast xfinity
Went back to Rumble chat asking if anyone with xfinity only has a black screen ..answer YES
did a search on twitter same issue
what could be causing this?
I have comcast. I used TOR and it all loaded.

Thank you!
FYI it happened today in the middle of a video for me, bongino, my phone did no updates, nothing changed, all of a sudden the video just stopped playing and nothing would restart.
Definitely seemed to be like xfinity put a block in place on their network.
I’m having serious internet service problems, not just Rumble.
It’s across the board.
Post Offices around the country were having trouble with internet access this afternoon...they were only accepting cash and checks during the outage.

That’s nice - but quit abusing the news forum with your cable troubles.
Yeah except it comes up using other providers, just Xfinity/Comcast users are blocked.
This is not an isolated cable trouble but might be a case of Internet censorship on the ISP level. Very much newsworthy as such.
I just read this about 20 minutes ago, so I went to Rumble via the app on my phone and have confirmed this is true. I have Xfinity-Comcast in the SF Bay Area, all video feeds in Rumble are showing simply whiteout and then black screens when trying to play the video, this is on my phone. When I disconnect from the Xfinity/Comcast wifi connection and use my data only, the videos immediately appear and play. It seems Xfinity Comcast is blocking video content inside Rumble over the Xfinity wifi. I have reported this to both Hannity and Gov DeSantis subscriptions to try and bring this to their attention.
Pennsylvania Xfinity shows the site but not the videos as of 7:54pm. Waiting to hear how it’s just a glitch with no politics involved and has nothing to do with hurting DWAC stock price.

Yes but how can they do that? I mean you can get to the Rumble site but all video thumbnails are blank and when you play a video all you get is black
wouldn’t they block the entire rumble.com site and not just the videos
any tech nerds out there with input?
Only conservative sites affected.... mmmmm
eye roll
I have Comcast and I used TOR and everything worked.
Internet connections have a port number in addition to an IP address. Assuming their video streaming uses a different port than the text content, it could be blocked separately.
re: “This will tell you which server is down. “
They all appear helpless. No one who is affected will even try a ping or a tracert ... Murica is doomed.
It is odd that the thumbnails are blank. I’d expect them to be separate from the video stream.
