The Biden administration is sending 44 medical personnel from the U.S. military to support two hospital systems in the state of Michigan, state officials said Wednesday.
The U.S. Department of Defense will send two medical teams, each comprising 22 doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists, who are expected to arrive next week, according to a Michigan Department of Health and Human Services news release.
The teams will assist health care workers at Beaumont Hospital in Dearborn and Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids in dealing with the growing number of COVID-19 cases in the state, as hospitals across Michigan suffer from a lack of enough emergency rooms and staff shortages.
Upon arrival, the teams would get straight to treating patients, lending their support to local healthcare workers for 30 days, the state health department said.
Furthermore, the federal government will be opening the John D. Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Detroit for transfers, according to the news release…

I have a friend who is a supervisor for the Navy. He was just told that the people who refused to comply with Bidens Mandate will be given home COVID tests. They need to take the test in front of him and he witnesses the result. So if someone is positive, they are on post and in contact with their supervisor. These people are clowns.
I don’t want to deeiiieeeeee!!! Ahem. That’s just an opinion.
It is not just nurses and docs who didn’t want to jabbed and then got fired or quit.
It is medical technicians, lab assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy techs, janitors, receptionists and a whole bunch of other “deplorables” who make hospitals work every day.

Michigan has already had two epidemics (they were the worst after New York City region in the first wave) that were worse than now.
Why would there be problems now?
We are close to the Ohio border so 90% of our business is there near Toledo. Whole different country. So glad we are not further upstate.
I do know of a few families that got COVID this time around.
Maybe they should try some therapeutics and lock up Whitless and her Public Health staff [along with the SoS and AG].
