I believe Schroeder has called for a hearing regarding prosecutorial misconduct in the case.
This can not possibly be better news. “Dismissed with prejudice” is the greatest reason for the judge to have not thrown out this case earlier with a mistrial or other reason.
Great news for Rittenhouse and America.

The firearm worked as designed that night and saved his life multiple times. The weapon was not used in a crime. On the contrary, it served to prevent him being murdered.
