The reference to the federal government trying someone again does not apply to state murder charges. The ferals can't refile state murder charges.

Any feral action would probably rely on Joe Biden's claim that KR is a Big White Devil.

I wouldn't rule that out entirely; however, Joe is not politically strong enough to do that now or in the foreseeable future.
