Check out liberty counsel online. Fill out their form for assistance. They will send you call-in invites to meetings they have several times a week. Call into these meetings. You can get specific advice from lawyers by asking questions in the call. You can also hear other people’s situations and glean advice the lawyers give to them.
Liberty Counsel has an excellent step by step process
www.lc.org/exempt
first step is watch their starting video with Matt Staver
this is how you do it properly
Agree with both posters... Liberty Counsel is a good way to go. Go to their website as a first step.
check out the form on GAB also, good luck
The LC template is good, but you cannot just cut and paste. They advise you against such. You need to tailor it to YOUR beliefs.
Keep in mind the most common objections and rebuttals to those objections.
1. The abortion derived cell line testing. (Be prepared for the “Tylenol talking point.”) My answer to that talking point would be that there is a distinct difference between things that have their genesis and product development with abortion derived cell testing, and those products that were pre-existing (like Tylenol) that some person then decided to later test on abortion derived cells.
2. The code of life argument. Be careful that you don’t misstate science here. Don’t say things like “mRNA alters your DNA.” That’s not precise and isn’t what is happening. Instead, you might argue that mRNA manipulation and cellular manipulation on this level is something that belongs only to God and what God uses in nature. Man-made interference at this level is tantamount to playing God.
3. If you are a pre-tribulation Christian, you might argue from Revelation 13.
4. The Conscience/Faith argument.
5. The Kuyperian Sphere of Sovereignty argument.
Whatever you argue, needs to be YOUR deeply held religious beliefs. Don’t cut and paste what others have written.
Wife used; born again believes in Living Bible. Quoted 1st Corinthians 6:19. Waiting
Measure 5 times, cut once. Once submitted you don’t get another bite on the apple. Beware of followup Q’s such a: Do u get your children vaccinated? If so, why?
All “religious exemptions” should begin with the following question:
Please provide me your objective reasoning to be an authority that will determine any faith and belief system.
Then, please defend that with citations for the US Code.
Search for the last few Flubros threads as one of them from a few weeks ago discussed this…I did an extensive one detailing my experience with religious waivers…I think I know what I am talking about as a lawyer guided me through all the do’s and don’t’s
Some ideas: https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/-coffee-and-covid-wednesday-october-68f
I was very uncomfortable answering some of the questions without an attorney present and stated I wouldn’t. Don’t know if that was a mistake, or not. Felt like they were looking for ammunition to use against me.
See US v Ballard and US v Seegar. Everyone has the right to be a quack and you can even believe in a false premise. You do not have to be believed, but you do have to be sincere in your beliefs.
Check your FreepMail in about five minutes.
My company (A large International Corporation) gave me religious accomadation with no testing mandate unless I have contact with other employees, customers or contractors based on this:
I am a Christian that believes in the teachings of the Bible and that it is the holy inspired word of God. I believe that all human life is sacred, in particular the unborn. Therefore, I am against using fetal cell lines for ethical and religious rea-sons. In particular, the Covid vaccines used fetal cell lines (HEK 293) in their development and testing. I am confident with my decision and have faith that God will protect me and my spouse without the use of these vaccines.
I also cited facts contained in these links:

Also:
Luke 1:15
“He will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.”
Isaiah 49:1, 5
“The Lord called me from the womb… formed me from the womb to be his servant.”
Luke 1:41, 44
“ When Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby leaped in her womb. [And she exclaimed], ‘when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.’”
OSHA has suspended its forced vaccine mandate today. So that may help.
Totally unfalsifiable, and hence air-tight!

Dear Sirs:
You know quite well that many people have an objection to having the fruits of a murdered baby in their veins.
The wages of sin is death. I wish to have a long life here and a happy life thereafter.
I would hope that you know about the refusal to place Judas’ blood money into the temple treasury. My body is a true treasury for which I am every day thankful to the Lord to have.
You have all the information you need to grant me a religious exemption, and I suggest you do so without further ado or delay.
Effective legal counsel will be retained if you insist on trying to remove clean-living, God-fearing people from the workplace on behalf of the baby-murder loving politicians and sinners now in charge of our nation.
A suggestion to also go back and see what you have taken for flu, etc.
Flucelvax was developed, testing not using aborted fetal cell lines.
Rabivert is another vaccine that was developed and tested not using aborted fetal cell lines.
And I agree with previous poster about commonly taken meds now and a potential statement by an employer that they have been tested using fetal cell lines. Aspirin was developed over 100 years ago, Tums antacid in the late? 1920s. They were not developed using aborted fetal cell lines.
Another suggestion - consider not mentioning Nuremberg Code. It’s not codified in US law. Stick to your earnestly held faith and spiritual reasons.
Employers don't want to lose good employees over this nonsense. At least not good employers. Good luck.
