I think "Pure Country" belongs on this list. It's a cheesy movie and isn't very good at all ... mainly because George Strait is an iconic singer but a terrible actor. LOL.
But's bad in a charming sort of way, and grows on you if you've seen it a few times.

Batman and Robin was awful. If they tried to make an homage to the 60s TV series, they failed miserably.
It seems they were going for that.

It really wasn’t. The opening party scene was a bit too long and highly derivative of the wedding scene from “Deer Hunter”. But the movie itself was pretty good. Sam Waterson played a great villain.

Ishtar and Zapped comes to mind. Last night I watched Red Notice with Ryan Reynolds, The Rock and Gal Gadot. One of the worst movies ever, with the exception of Gadot.
