What a Shock !
I know you will find this hard to believe, but . . . from a total of 46 US Presidents, Biden is rated as the 6th best. The Texas A&M's Public Relations Office released this statement: "After just 7 months in office, Americans have rated President Biden the 6th best President ever."
These are the Details on the Ratings, according to Texas A&M:
1. Reagan, Lincoln, and Trump tied for first,
2. Twenty-three presidents tied for second,
3. Seventeen other presidents tied for third,
4. Jimmy Carter came in fourth,
5. Barack Hussein Obama came in fifth, and
6. Joe Biden came in sixth.
So true. If Washington didn't walk away from the presidency, he would have become King. And the revolution in vain.
I was about to be outraged.
Instead, I am amused.
Good job!
I would bet if you ask the first 100 people you meet in the street to name 10 Presidents prior to 2000 more than half could not
I disagree. They could probably get up to five from their own lifetime and the rest from the prominent ones from history.
Of course they may throw in President Alexander Hamilton and President Ben Franklin as well.
Congratulations, Joe!
Reminds me of Obama getting the Noble Peace Prize.
Fantasy Island misinformation.
Disregard and remember who cooked this lie up.
good for a laugh!!
Pretty easy to tell who actually read this, and who didn’t. 8~)
There ya go again!
Clouding the issue with facts!
...actually he wasn’t *just* a distiller, he was the BIGGEST in the nation.
On your recommendation I found Washington’s farewell address and it is very long and written in an old style of English that is very hard to read.
Wondering if you have a translation or analysis of the text you can recommend reading. Looks like there’s a lot of good lessons in the text about the dangers of political parties, treaties, and the other stuff.
Cordially, poconopundit
“... written in an old style of English that is very hard to read.”
Please tell me you are being sarcastic. Please. I don’t want to have to insult your intelligence.
Perhaps you need to look at two and three a little more carefully...
Duely noted. I stand corrected. I guess I missed that.
I have to admit, though, this is really clever, sod.
No translation.
What I meant is it’s written in legalese and not in plain English that an average citizen can’t easily digest.
George Washington was a great man. No question. But he was not a great communicator like Reagan or Trump.
