case is so weak, I am suprised the judge hasn’t already thrown it out. Judges don't like their houses firebombed any more than anyone else.

According to (Wis. Stat. § 943.02), the penalty for arson of a building is a Class C felony, with a fine of up to $100,000, 40 years in prison or both.

Also, I think he didn't happen to rape anybody or rob any banks either. He only did arson and decided to attack somebody, therefore how could the person he attacked be acting in self defense?
Isn't the legal and moral standard that a person has to commit at least a dozen different kinds of violent crimes right before he attacks an innocent person for that innocent person to have any right to defend themselves?

Some. Just the few articles posted here. I knew that the prosecutor is a RAT tool. It just seems like a stupid way to make the assaulter’s actions seem justifiable.

If that was the judge in response, the prosecution is going to have a tough time.
That means Kyle might get a fair trial.
If Kyle gets a fair trial, then it all depends on the honesty of the jury.
