Years ago, back when he was still “somebody”, Bill Bennett came out in favor of an assault weapons ban. I’ve hated his lousy miserable socialist guts ever since.
Here was a guy that wrote a book of morals, and attempted to
play into a dynamic that saw Buchanan called the next Hitler.
That did it for me.
