Yup, seemed like a nice guy and was very funny in his “Biff” sort of role on the show.
RIP, Sir.

That’s sad. I never watched Bosom Buddies but I did enjoy him on Newhart.

Peter Scolari was funny. Not a hugely visible actor but loaded with talent.
He may have played the first modern pajama boy (Michael) as the TV producer of Vermont Today on Newhart.

I didn’t think I’d like the show “Bosom Buddies”, thinking the premise was just too weird. It turned out to be a very funny show, with no agenda. R.I.P. Peter Scolari.
To: conservative98
I enjoyed him on Bosom Buddies. His aunt & I were co-workers back in the early 80's.
RIP, Peter.

I do too. That was a truly great show. The character development for each actor was just tremendous. Scolari played the part perfectly of a typical 80s yuppie me first conceited individual.

Of Hanks and Scolari, Scolari was the talented one. RIP.

My wife and I watched Bosom Buddies. We thought Scolari was the one who would break out and make it big. Good show.
