Covid is a flu-like illness that has had a massive impact on society. This impact is due primarily to government intervention and not due to the disease itself.
But government overreach for fake crises is nothing new. We have talked frequently on Freerepublic about the fake climate crisis, the fake systemic racism crisis, and the fake Covid crisis. The left needs fake crises because their demand for crises exceeds the supply - if there is no real crisis they need a fake one.
My current thinking is that the world, especially Europe, will begin to be distracted from their fake problems starting this winter. My prediction is the government-Covid response will lead to Eurasian energy price shocks and economic slowdowns this winter. This will be due to global supply chain disruptions, the reduction of investment in energy sources, and reduced industrial efficiency. We have a much better natural gas situation in the USA, but Europe and China will struggle. If there is a silver lining to Europeans struggling to stay warm this winter it is that they might regain some sanity and stop worrying about Covid and global warming and learn to focus on real things, like their economy.
Our whole family of 14 had Covid - it was a nothingburger(less than the flu). We were mostly asymptomatic.
The vaccines are very bad. It is a crime against humanity to give them to kids.

Thanks, I’ve heard that from some friends as well. Others said it was quite nasty but none had to go to the hospital, etc. Since the vaccinations started some of the people have been vaccinated, but their stories are the same as the unvaccinated.
We only know one person who has had a really hard time and has been told she has permanent heart damage and her problems started after vaccination.

Isn’t Stromectol just a brand name for Ivermectin? Looks like they just combined the Ziverdo Kit into one pill. Bit late in the game, isn’t it? Did someone’s conscious at Merck start nibbling on them.

Instead, it’s IVERMECTIN rather than hydrochloroquine!
My immediate circle had it in Dec. Some pretty heavy fatigue for a long time but nothing for the ER.
My MIL is the only one I know who DIED of it. It was awful and took her down fast. (She was fat - something that seems to appear ALOT in ER/death stats.)
My nephew’s circle had it last year (OK, that started with his work, which did kill his 40s/50s boss). My MIL’s extended family in her area all had it around Thanksgiving.
Quite a few people of different types I know had it, and except for MIL, none even went to the ER.
The post was a joke but some are taking it seriously. LOL
I took the ingredient amounts from Dr Zelenko’s protocol which now lists HCQ or Ivrmectin & Azithromycin or Doxycycline.

Better start planning for this. I am. I have no choice. The raw material we need to conduct business is not moving. And if it does move to the intermediary HE has warned that there are as yet no drivers to get it to me . He’s in GA I’m in NY.
A lot of us may have mucho free time on our hands to…well …to look after OTHER things which concern us…
