Command and Force Senior Enlisted leaders have been transitioning further and further into a purely political role for the past 2 decades. For 15 years my CO’s and CMC’s tried to push me to go into the CMC program. I had zero interest in becoming a politician. Today, it is far worse, and they are becoming little more than Political and Diversity Compliance Officers. They are weeding out the strongest and most effective men in the name of diversity and political ideology. Our enemies must be terrified of our diversity!
He should have been fired when he said that black Virginia lieutenant who refused to cooperate with police was a credit to the Army.

This isn’t the Army nor country I raised my right hand for. I would have taken anything to serve and protect the Constitution against ALL enemies. I now would never recommend the military to anyone. There are those who would fight like ISIS or Taliban to get the country back though. How ironic.
