This is well worth the time to read through. The PDF includes the FDA “approval” document links.

“page 12 AA (Conditions with Respect to Use of Licensed Product). This tells you that yes, we licensed the vaccine, but...there is a lot of the old vaccine out there, actually “a significant amount” and this amount will be considered an EUA and will continue to be used.

Now, why would they do that? Why specify that identical versions of the product will be legally different? Because they need the license to impose the mandates. But they need the EUA to evade liability.

Along with the license comes liability for the manufacturer. (While all EUA products were given a liability shield.)

Unfortunately, our federal governments would prefer us to be without recourse if we are injured, rather than have Pfizer defend its product in court. So, the feds want us to THINK the vaccine we are receiving is licensed, which will make people submit because they think it can now be mandated, but instead we are almost certain to receive the EUA vials instead, to save Pfizer’s behind. Yes, a stingy CICP injury program exists, but it has not paid out for a single COVID vaccine injury yet.”

And, throughout the entire document is clearly states “...immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2...” And we know for a fact it does NOT prevent a friggin’ thing! Grrrrrrrrrr!

Another update; The FDA authorized vaccine Comirnaty, isn't available yet, apparently wont be until the current Pfizer vaccines run out.

Right. PFIZER DID NOT RECEIVE FULL FDA APPROVAL YESTERDAY FOR ITS "VACCINE". BioNTech received full approval for its Comirnaty vax (done in collaborations with Pfizer), BUT THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH PROPAGANDA EFFORT. THEY WANT TO USE THE KIDS AS HUMAN GUINEA PICS WITH THE EXPERIMENTAL GENE THERAPY. DON'T FALL FOR DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN. Without full FDA approval NO ONE CAN BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THIS EXPERIMENTAL TREATMENT.

Malone just appeared on Steve Bannon’s Warroom. He referred the listener to his website for the documentation. I posted these notes from his interview:

Did Malone just say that the Pfizer vaccine isn’t the “vaccine” that just got FDA authorization? The BioNTech “vaccine” newly branded with the name Comirnaty just got FDA approval BUT that “vaccine” is not yet available.

Malone suggests if you are going to get a “vaccine” to wait for BioNTech Comirnaty because this “vaccine” carries legal liability (which the Pfizer “vaccine” does not).

Malone said the Pfizer “vaccine” is still under EUA.

1) Did I hear Malone correctly?
2) If I did hear Malone correctly, has he correctly understood which “vaccine” just got full FDA authorization and why that distinction is important.
3) Finally, I think he said we do not have verification that Comirnaty is the exact same “vaccine” as the current Pfizer vaccine.

EUA approval is for 12-15 years old

Check this out. Take your time to read through the thread and PDF. The vaccine the FDA “authorized” yesterday, Comirnaty, isn’t available yet, apparently wont be until the current Pfizer vaccine supply runs out.

The only problem with your line of thinking is that the EUA has nothing to do with the legal immunity. The legal immunity for vaccine producers extends to ALL vaccines, regardless of whether they are covered under a standard FDA license or an EUA.

The legal immunity has a sound rationale behind it. The whole purpose of it is to protect the manufacturer of a vaccine with serious side effects for 1% of the users when the vaccine protects a large population against a disease that has a 50% fatality rate. You don't want that pharmaceutical company keeping the product off the market out of fear of its legal exposure for the 1%.

That’s in quotes, it’s not my thinking. I do think he’s right. It looks like the FDA deliberately put the covid vaccines in CICP instead of VICP for liability reasons.

My cousin and his wife both got the Pfizer jab in March both now have Covid(as well as their teenage kids)
