This tells you that yes, we licensed the vaccine, but...there is a lot of the old vaccine out there, actually “a significant amount” and this amount will be considered an EUA and will continue to be used.
Now, why would they do that? Why specify that identical versions of the product will be legally different?
Because they need the license to impose the mandates. But they need the EUA to evade liability.

Exactly true ! The newest version is named "Comirnaty"
The FDA Pfizer authorization (called Comirnaty) has no "Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)" and is NOT imdenified from legal suit;
whereas the original vaccine, of which there is a large surplus, prevents any civil lawsuit since it IS indemnified.
However, since there are two legally separate vaccines, this will lead to confusion among the general populace.
The average citizen will not be able to discern the difference, or know enough about the two legally distinct vaccines to make an 'informed consent'.

No. I just used that hypothetical example to illustrate why it's often in the best interest of a nation to indemnify a vaccine manufacturer.

I think we’re confused about this because we’re mixing two different things. I don’t think the vaccine manufacturer’s liability is tied to the CICP vs. VICP designations. As far as I know, those payments for damaging side effects are made by the U.S. government, not the vaccine manufacturers. I believe the vaccine producers are immune from civil liability in BOTH cases.

Perhaps they have reviewed the CDC website at AVERS, which concerns itself with vaccine side effects.

Yes it’s true the government (taxpayers) cover the liability cost, but CICP costs the government (taxpayers) less than VICP. If the government believes the vaccine to be safe why not cover it under VCIP?

Comirnaty has not even been manufactured. Not even sure it is exactly the same formula as the EUA Faux Vax. Mandating a product that is not available.

Additionally, a case can be made that these colluding agencies who are profiting from the injections, have indeed violated the free market anti-trust laws. That is a felony.

If a corporation commits a felony like that, the protection from liability is gone gone gone. Now who will investigate and take the case to court? Corrupt DOJ? SMH

Too bad we don’t have the right for the people to investigate and initiate criminal cases in situations like this.

according to a report 50% of the pfizer vaccines from december 2020 to march 2021 were
placebos...and only phizer knows who got what if so sounds like fraud to me.

also if true adverse reactions were basd on 50% of those months thus would be 100% higher if there were no placebos
