People have been diagnosed with having Covid more than once. Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro had it twice.

But of course, that depends on how accurate the tests are that are administered.

Precisely.

My thoughts:

1. You are doing the Lord’s work...He will protect you. If you need scripture regarding the Lord’s protection (which I don’t think you do because you are sharing Gospel with him), I and others can provide.

2. You have had COVID and from what I have read, you have antibodies that will help you even if you do get a case. Sort of like having had measles...

3. You are smart in that you made appts. with docs...

There are rapid home test kits btw...so you can keep testing yourself after your doc apt. No idea how accurate they are.

4. I agree...Start with the Zinc plus Quercetin or Green Tea extract, D3, C, and Ivermectin if you can find it—many here take the horse paste—whiny whiny...(I have for several months when I had to go to dentist—I was fine.) FLCCC website has instructions on what to take if you are exposed...and many here can help you with the ivermectin dosing if you cannot get human ivermectin. Unless you find an independent doc or functional med doc, then won’t likely be up on Ivermectin—tho FLCCC has contacts thru TeleDoc to find them...Being in Southeast, there may be more flexibility about prescribing IVermectin or Hydroxychloroquine...but really depeneds.

5. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

Go to the Tractor Supply store and get some Ivermectin Horse Paste. Dosage directions are on the internet; but just read the package. Dosage by body weight.

You’ll likely be fine...just up your vit d to 10,000 a day for a few days (and K to @2500), are you taking quercitin and zinc and C?

I am taking D3 5,000-10,000 and K (but much less than 2,500)—wondering where you got the dosage for K at 2,500 if taking 10,000 E?

Not questioning it—just would like to make sure I am taking enough :)

5,000 units of Vitamin D might be a good addition.
I’m not a dr, I don’t play one on tv, and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night. Just sharing with you what I would do.

Boy did you get that one right, I really don’t know who’s telling the truth about what or when with some of these people. And I really wish I started a plug him four more questions like when were you diagnosed, all I did was immediately back away and ask him you’ve got it now?

Does anyone know if one can get enough vitamin D to ward off covid from sunlight during the summer? I am outside several hours a day and usually in a tank top/shorts... I’m asking because I react badly to vitamin D supplements - I get a headache and tingling in my legs and feet. I still take a liquid form or a topical form during the winter months and just deal with it.

You’re likely to NOT HAVE A BREAKTHROUGH (OR EVEN DETECTABLE) INFECTION because of your NATURAL IMMUNITY. In fact, YOUR NATURAL IMMUNITY WILL BE STRENGTHENED with each and every exposure.

This is IMHO, of course, and I am not an MD.

“ My husband and I have been sick all week with this stupid virus. He’s 70 and I’m 73 so a little nervous about having it. He’s a little worse than me. He’s been running a temperature and I have not. We both have coughs but his is a little worse than mine. My main complaint is weakness and queasiness. I don’t have the strength to heat up some soup or make some tea. I just want to put this behind us.”

Hopefully you’ve seen your doctor and have arranged for the MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY INFUSION. DON’T WAIT for it to take a turn for the worse!

Yes, I’ve tried cod liver oil. I have less of a reaction to the fish sources of D than lanolin, but it still happens. Anything over 1,000 IU.

Since you’re in Georgia, you can get plenty of vitamin D at the sunniest part of the day if it’s sunny out. Leave as much skin exposed as possible and stay out as long as you can.

This is why I go out every lunch hour and take a walk. Up here we have to work on it to get enough sunshine D. (I take supplements too.)

Desk lamp flickering like mad. I hope we’re not going to have a blackout in this horrible heat.

Depends upon where you live...from what I understand you need to be in southern parts of US (closer to equator is best) Where I live, not so much. Have you ever had your D3 levels tested? That would help and is recommended. Want it to be 50-70.

10,000 D3...not E...also zinc and quercitin and C. Well...I did some research a couple weeks ago, because I needed to know....now can’t remember where. Maybe Mercola?

Yes, the last two times I’ve had my levels checked they were within normal limits. I’m in GA, I spend most of the day outside (garden/farm/swimming), I’m not constantly in the sun but I’m sure I get at least an hour or two.

You’ll be fine friend.
Take extra zinc, vitamins c & d3, elderberry, drink tons of water.

Ive had it twice too.
First time was like a hangover, second was asymptomatic.
