First thing to know - days to symptoms 3-4. I’ve seen quarantine days cut to 5 in some places to reflect the new parameters of Delta. What day are you on right now?
Second thing - yes, of course, tell your doctors you’ve been exposed and you have a confirmed recovery in Nov (you’ve got paperwork or something, right?)
AND can you have a referral for a monoclonal antibody transfusion NOW? You don’t need to wait for a positive test to get this treatment. If you can match the prerequisites, you can get it.
Then, after you get a negative test, you might consider the good Lord already has one Father Damien, and get vaccinated.

Pure Encapsulations sells one that I have tried and seem to be tolerating well, so far.
I do the same as you. Outside in the sun every day possible.
