The US government won't allow a member of my company from Switzerland to fly to America.
He's fully vaccinated and has a recent negative COVID test.

Guidance (under Biden crew, around mid-March) says that the exemptions for executives and business folks/investors (the Trump team guidance that allowed entry) changed.
I don’t think there’s much of a priority to rework the entry procedures for 2021.
Now, if you went and bought a $250,000 Hunter Biden work of art and mentioned that you needed a special entry ‘card’, I am sure that one could be procured.

He needs to be a Guatemalan day laborer. The chances of him being a free thinker would be much smaller, making him a politically acceptable candidate for entry.
My former boss was from South Africa. It took him 20+ years to legally immigrate here and another 10 years to become a citizen. He had to leave South Africa with no more than 2,500 Rand and he had paid immigration lawyers over $70,000 US to get him here legally.

I’m confused. WTH is going on?
I have a coworker who came here from Mexico as a walk across. He has a college degree as an electrical engineer. He has a wife and six children who came with him. He speaks of course Spanish, but also English, Portuguese, and can get by with Italian. His work is impeccable, slow, but never past a deadline. He never starts conflict at work. He keeps his frustrations to himself like an adult.
He's pretty much everything our typical American worker isn't.
I immigrated here 50 years ago this Friday, August 13th...I would have had to wait much longer to do so but there were extra quota numbers not used and I got one...the US gives every country a certain total of immigrants from there each year...
Millions want to come here from South Africa and other 3rd World countries...New Zealand not so many...
How does he feel about flying to Mexico and walking across the US Southern Border?

All he has to do is say he’s from a third world muslin nation and then he can travel about freely. In fact, he could even have the American taxpayer pay for all of it.
