I have a coworker who came here from Mexico as a walk across. He has a college degree as an electrical engineer. He has a wife and six children who came with him. He speaks of course Spanish, but also English, Portuguese, and can get by with Italian. His work is impeccable, slow, but never past a deadline. He never starts conflict at work. He keeps his frustrations to himself like an adult.
