Nursing is an aging population. Many who won't take the vac are in their child bearing years. So if they fire them they will not have sufficient replacements as the 60-65 year olds soon retire. Plain bad policy.

I talked to a man yesterday at Smart & Final; he works in the meat department. He told me his whole family got sick with Covid AFTER getting the shots. He refuses to get the shots. He said the same thing happened to his family with the flu shots. They got the shot and got the flu.

This irrational pressure to force people to submit to a vaccine which is proving to be shot lived and/or be ineffective against emerging variants of the virus is inexplicable and causes one to question motives and ponder second agendas as it does not seem to be evidence driven or in the interests of public health.
